Enable direct, silent printing from your browser to your local printers.

1. Download for your Operating System

Rename file to .exe if it downloads without an extension.

2. Run the Agent

After downloading, find the file in your "Downloads" folder and run it.

A small terminal or command prompt window will appear. You must keep this window open while you are using the POS system for printing to work.

3. (Recommended) Run Automatically on Startup

To avoid having to run the file manually every day, you can make it start automatically when you log into Windows.

  1. Find the downloaded print-service-win.exe file, right-click it, and select "Create shortcut".
  2. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" dialog.
  3. Type shell:startup and press Enter. A folder will open.
  4. Move the shortcut you created in Step 1 into this folder.
  5. Pro Tip: Right-click the shortcut in the Startup folder, go to Properties, and change the "Run:" option to "Minimized". This will prevent the terminal window from popping up on your screen at startup.
